What time is check-in? Our check-in time is 4PM.
What time is check-out? Our check-out time is noon.
Is early check-in available? Early check-in is subject to availability and surcharges.
Do you have a pool? Yes, we have an indoor swimming pool that is open daily.
What time does the pool open? Noon during the week and the weekends it opens at 9 a.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. on Sunday’s. Pool closes at 9 p.m. every night.
Do y’all allow pets? Yes, the MCM Eleganté Beaumont is pet-friendly with a fee. See front desk for more details.
Do y’all have a complimentary breakfast? Yes, our full hot breakfast buffet with eggs cooked-to-order is from 6 AM until 10 AM daily.
Do y’all have a shuttle service? Yes, our shuttle service takes you within a 3 miles radius of the hotel and to and from the Lubbock Airport.
Do y'all have adjoining rooms? Adjoining rooms are available, please contact front desk for more information.
Do y’all have rooms with hot tubs in them? No, we do not.
Can I pay cash for my stay? Yes, but a credit card is still needed for incidentals.
What is required to check-in? You will need a valid ID and a credit card to check-in. Credit card must match the name on the ID and the reservation. You must be 18 years or older to check-in to a room.
Can someone else pay for my room if they’re not staying with me? Yes, with a completed credit card letter of authorization form. Please contact front desk prior to booking for more information.
Where is the fitness center? Our fitness center is located on the east side of the building near the pool and is open 24-hours a day.
Is there a hotel bar? Yes, we have a hotel bar open daily in the evening, see front desk for details.
